Shipping
Orders will be shipped out via USPS within five to seven business days. They are shipped out in the order they are received. And can not be combined or altered once finalized. Ronie City is no longer responsible for your package once it leaves our facility. If there is an issue with lost or stolen packages, contact your local post office for help.
All orders over fifty dollars that are being sent to an address within the continental US will qualify for free shipping.
REFUNDS
Because of the nature of our products, no refunds, returns or exchanges will be accepted. If you received the incorrect order, contact us within two business days via email at [email protected].Please include a brief description of the issue along with video or photographic evidence. Claims made without video or photographic evidence will automatically be denied. You the customer are responsible for all shipping costs.
CANCELLATIONS
Cancellations will not be accepted for any reason.
PROMOTIONS/DISCOUNTS
You can only use one discount/promo code per order. Please be sure to enter code at time of check out. Ronie City will not modify your order once it is complete.
CUSTOMIZATION
Ronie City cannot be held responsible for any copy right violations that may arise from incorrect or inappropriate use of any images submitted to this website.
All customers utilizing our customization services are entirely responsible for subsequent image usage.
